This policy describes cookies and local storage used by SeuSaaS. Cookies are small records that a browser can send to a website. Local storage keeps preferences within the browser and may remain until you or the browser remove it.
1. Your choice
You can accept or reject analytics in the consent notice. Necessary only keeps optional Google Analytics 4 measurement disabled. GA4 loads only after explicit consent, when the integration is enabled for this environment.
To change your choice, use Privacy preferences in the footer of the website, access pages, or authenticated area. Reopening preferences suspends new submissions until you accept again. The choice applies to this browser and is shared between its tabs; other devices may require their own choice.
2. Necessary cookies and preferences
These records support authentication, session protection, and interface choices. They are not used for advertising:
- Account session —
better-auth.session_token: normally up to 7 days, with possible renewal during use. On secure connections, its name may start with__Secure-. - Second authentication step —
better-auth.two_factor: up to 10 minutes, when this feature is used. - Trusted device —
better-auth.trust_device: up to 30 days, when you choose to trust a device. - Language —
seusaas_locale: up to 365 days. - Selected workspace —
seusaas_active_workspace: up to 365 days, where applicable to your account. - Menu state —
sidebar_state: up to 7 days. - Privacy choice —
seusaas_analytics_consent: up to 365 days; records acceptance or refusal without requiring acceptance of analytics.
The browser may also keep seusaas.locale, theme, and seusaas.analytics.consent preferences in local storage without automatic expiry. Changing a choice replaces the previous value. Browser rules may shorten these periods, and saving a preference again may renew them.
Support chat
When enabled, Crisp uses cookies with the crisp-client/ prefix to maintain the session and restore support history. They may be created when the widget loads and normally last up to 6 months, renewed on return visits. The integration restricts these cookies to the visited hostname to separate sessions between environments. They support chat functionality independently of the analytics choice; we do not use them for advertising. Cookie expiry is separate from message retention in the service. See the Crisp cookie policy.
3. Optional analytics
With your permission, GA4 measures navigation, traffic sources, and product interactions. It may use _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google's documented default is up to 2 years, subject to configuration, renewal through activity, and browser limits. See Google's cookie documentation.
Local records seusaas.analytics.purchases and seusaas.analytics.outcomes help avoid duplicate counts of purchases and other authorized actions. Each list keeps up to 100 hashed identifiers without automatic expiry; it does not contain full card numbers or account content.
The integration uses pseudonymous identifiers and should not be confused with entirely anonymous collection. We do not intentionally send names, emails, passwords, or private account content in analytics events. We do not use this integration for personalized advertising.
4. Withdrawal and browser cleanup
Withdrawing consent stops new analytics submissions. It does not cancel a request already sent or automatically delete existing cookies, local records, or data already received by Google.
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. This may sign you out, remove preferences, and make the notice appear again. Blocking all cookies may prevent necessary functions such as account access. Deleting cookies without clearing local storage may preserve some choices.
5. External services and contact
When proceeding to payment, you interact with the payment processor's environment, which may use its own security and fraud prevention technologies under its policies. Accepting analytics on this website does not authorize other advertising uses by those services.
For personal data, sharing, and rights, read the Privacy Policy. Send questions and requests to andrews.ribeiro.gomes@gmail.com. We will update this page when the technologies we use change materially.
