These terms govern use of SeuSaaS and purchase of the code foundation offered by the company identified above. Read them together with the offer before purchasing. Specific conditions stated in the offer form part of the contract, without limiting statutory rights.
1. What you are purchasing
The product is a source-code foundation with documentation for developing SaaS applications. You receive the files and features described in the offer at the time of purchase. Delivery does not include bespoke development, hosting, management of your business, or ongoing operation of your application.
Check the price, currency, payment method, and any recurrence at checkout. Domains, infrastructure, third-party services, taxes, and fees for your own operations are not included unless expressly stated in the offer.
2. Payment, account, and delivery
Access depends on payment confirmation. After purchase, create or access an account using the payment email and complete activation. The material is made available in the authenticated area according to the advertised delivery method. If you cannot access a paid purchase, contact us before paying again.
You must provide accurate information, have legal capacity to contract, and be authorized when acting for a company. Protect your credentials and report suspicious access. The purchasing account is individual and must not be shared to circumvent the license.
3. License for your own and client projects
After payment confirmation, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive license to use and modify supplier-owned code in multiple projects for themselves and their clients, including commercial projects. For one-time purchases, continued use of versions lawfully received does not require an ongoing subscription, subject to these terms.
You may deliver a customized end product, including its code, to a client for use and maintenance of that project. Employees and contractors may access the material as needed to work on those projects, under your responsibility and with an obligation to observe the license. This does not transfer the purchasing account or allow others to reuse the standalone foundation in independent projects.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the foundation as a template, kit, library, application generator, or competing product whose primary value is providing this foundation. You must not remove attribution notices or publish licensed code in a public repository where its license does not permit that use.
Third-party components, fonts, images, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. Our license covers only rights we can grant and does not expand third-party permissions. Preserve and observe each component's specific conditions.
4. Deployment and responsibility for your product
The purchaser must assess suitability for their project, configure services, protect credentials, test changes, maintain backups, apply updates, and monitor their deployed application. Using artificial intelligence tools does not replace this review.
You are responsible for the content, commercial activity, and personal-data processing in your application, including notices to your users, legal bases, consent, and provider agreements. Reference documents and settings must be adapted to your operation. Purchase is not a security certification, legal opinion, or guarantee that your business complies with every requirement.
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, customer acquisition, launch dates, or compatibility with every integration or purchaser modification. This does not remove responsibility for defects in the supplied version or for fulfilling express promises in the offer.
5. Updates and support
The delivered version has a commercial technical-validity period of 30 days from the date it is made available to the purchaser. During this period, we handle reports of defects that prevent operation according to that version's documented specifications and environment. This period does not include consulting, customization, or a promise of new features and does not limit mandatory statutory warranties, including rights concerning latent defects. Response and resolution depend on assessment of the defect, subject to applicable law.
Access to updates follows the purchased offer. New versions do not imply bespoke development, automatic compatibility with your changes, or a promise of future features. Provider and dependency changes may require adaptations to your project.
Contact andrews.ribeiro.gomes@gmail.com for access, delivery, billing, and defect reports. Consulting, customization, assisted deployment, and support for operating the purchaser's product require a separate agreement, without limiting support required by law or the offer.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Where a consumer relationship and the legal conditions apply, the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 7 days, calculated under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, is preserved. Downloading alone is not treated by these terms as an automatic waiver of that right.
To request cancellation or a refund, email andrews.ribeiro.gomes@gmail.com with the purchase email and identification. Rights concerning defects, failure to fulfill the offer, and other statutory remedies are also preserved. Any additional commercial conditions are those disclosed in the purchased offer.
When a purchase is cancelled with a full refund, the license for the paid components associated with it ends, except for rights granted under independent third-party licenses. Disputes and chargebacks will be assessed without restricting statutory rights to contest a decision.
7. Misuse and suspension
Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful code distribution, infringement, or security attacks. We may restrict access proportionately when there are substantiated indications of abuse, nonpayment, or operational risk.
Where compatible with security and the law, we will explain the reason and allow clarification or correction. Urgent measures may be taken to contain fraud or incidents. Suspension does not remove statutory rights relating to purchases, support, or personal data.
8. Limits of liability
Each party is responsible for harm it causes under applicable law. Failures caused exclusively by purchaser modifications, use contrary to documentation, credentials exposed by the purchaser, or unavailability of services contracted directly by them must be assessed according to their cause, without automatically excluding supplier liability.
In business relationships where the law allows limitation, and unless an express condition more favorable to the purchaser applies, contractual liability for direct loss related to the license is capped at the amount paid for the purchase that caused the loss. In that same context, lost profits and indirect losses are excluded to the extent legally permitted.
These limits do not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, intellectual-property infringement attributable to the supplier, data protection duties that cannot legally be limited, or warranties and liabilities that Brazil's Consumer Protection Code or other mandatory law does not allow to be excluded. No clause requires waiver of non-waivable rights.
9. Privacy, versions, and disputes
Data handling and analytics choices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to optional analytics.
We may update these terms, identifying the date and communicating material changes. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights from a completed purchase; material changes to an ongoing relationship will comply with the law and any requirement for renewed acceptance.
Brazilian law applies, subject to mandatory rules and legally competent courts, including consumer domicile protections where applicable. We will seek to resolve questions through andrews.ribeiro.gomes@gmail.com, without making access to courts conditional on a prior settlement attempt.
